WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?

We'd love for all of our guests to arrive on Wednesday March 18th, 2026 and stay until at least Saturday, March 21st. Feel free to stay as long as you want- make a vacation out of it.

WHAT IF I DON'T WANT TO RENT A HOUSE?

If you choose not to rent a house, there are many all-inclusive resorts near by. Just look at hotels in Trelawny, Jamaica, we recommend Ocean Eden Bay (Adults Only). This is not as convenient as you'll have to taxi to and from each event.

DO I RENT A CAR OR TAKE A TAXI TO SILVER SANDS?

We recommend renting a car for the convenience of going to the grocery store and having a day trip about. Many of us will be in the neighborhood and can accompany you to the grocery store if needed- just give us a heads up if that's the case.

WHAT IS BERMUDA FORMAL?

Men should wear dress shirts, Docksiders/dress shoes, dressy pair of shorts, long socks, blue blazer, and a FUN tie. (Rodney recommends going to goodwill and getting a blue blazer for $10.) Women are encouraged to wear colorful or floral dresses, or pants- we're woke.

WHERE IS THE VENUE?

Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place on the beach. Our reception/dinner will be outside in the Mule Pen in Silver Sands. It'll be set in a grass field under a tent in the case of inclement weather.

AT THE END OF MY STAY, HOW MUCH SHOULD I TIP THE HOUSE STAFF?

Staff should typically be tipped between 10%-20% of your total stay amount.

WHAT'S THE VIBE OF THE WELCOME PARTY?

Standing and chatting and drinking and laughs and fun and chatting and a lil tropical vibe. Okay?

Dancing, food, drinks, dancing, maybe a speech. If we get bored, we can play musical chairs.
